Matt's Dream Foundation

The Foundation was formed to organized communities and families in Western Iowa and Eastern Nebraska in the fight against Of Age Drinking and Driving. This is done thur Education in the Schools with Parent/Teacher groups and Students involvement, Service Groups and Victim Impact Panel Programs through State Probation and County Judges, our Poster/Essay Contest for K thru 12 students, along with and thru other area agencies.

The Foundation is also involved in the prosess of strengthening the penalties for Drinking and Driving by changing state Laws. Working to close the loop holes that allow those that break the law, from getting away without consequence.

At the beginning the program was called “Matt’s Dream” because of a letter that Matt wrote to himself, five years before his death. It told of his hopes and dreams for the future.
